What we say, we can show.
Six independent labs have tested AIWON blocks. Every one found a compressive strength above the IS 2185 Grade 1 minimum — between 4.2 and 5.1 N/mm² — at a density of 609 to 645 kg/m³. Here are the results, the papers and the way to check them.
The block’s passport
A licence is only worth the authority behind it. Each stamp is issued by one — the Bureau of Indian Standards, the CII Green Products Council, an accredited ISO auditor, the Indian Green Building Council. Tap a stamp to read it and open the original.
The lab bench
All six reports on the scales the standard uses. The green band is where IS 2185 wants the result to be. Point at a dot for the lab, the value and the date.
Why some labs are not named
Two of the labs do not allow their name or report to be used in publicity. Their results are shown — they are in the plots and the table — but without the name, as they asked.
Interim reports
Drying shrinkage takes weeks to measure, so some reports came first as interim reports with strength and density. Final values are added here when the labs issue them.
Every report
From the plant lab this week
Our own lab tests blocks from every production control unit. As soon as a unit is accepted in BRICKCEM ONE, its results appear here — nobody edits this table by hand.
Check a test certificate
Every AIWON delivery can come with a Brickcem material test certificate. Type its number to see what our records say about it. A certificate we cannot find is not ours.
Test it yourself
Ask for sample blocks and send them to any NABL lab you trust.
